No city can thrive without a healthy business district. This is why in Beaver Falls, business development has become such a main focus of city leaders. The Beaver Falls Community Development Corporation (CDC) purchased and preserved a piece of history when they bought the old News Tribune Building. In due time, ownership will be transferred to Neighborhood North who will completely convert the space into the permanent home of the children’s museum. City leaders approved the remodeling of an old park into a new city center for gathering and hosting. All of these initiatives together created the collaborative spirit and innovative mindset of the Core which has allowed it to transform into the tangible destination for businesses, locals and visitors that you see today.
